In the US there are several universities adopting Salesforce for Higher Education. I am curious if anyone knows of any university in Latin America using the platform.

What a great topic! Using Salesforce has been instrumental in our daily work, and I look forward learning if this platform is been used in Latin America, or which resources are being used.

Hello! At INCAE, we implemented SF in 2017 for the recruitment department, this year we’re in the process off adding alumni’s office. We decided not implementing HEDA so we had to be creative at the beginning but it wasn’t a bad idea at the end. 🙂

Hi Paul! That’s good to hear! We use SF at Laspau, and we also don’t use HEDA, so we have many customized features as well.
